This department is responsible for the preparation of all kinds of menus and serves in the house. The department conducts food festivals and is responsible for innovating new dishes. This department is called as the "Soul" of the Hotel Industry.

It is also called charming department in the industry. It serves different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. It plays a major role in satisfying the needs of the guest.

Front Office
It is the first department where the guest is welcomed with a red carpet. This department is responsible for registering and assigning the room, and accounting from the guest.

Numerically speaking, housekeeping is the largest department in the hotel, responsible for the preparation fo the guest rooms, and upkeep and cleanliness of all public areas of the hotel.
