ADMISSION TO THE SCHOOL AND DURATION OF THE COURSE:
Admission is open to candiates from all parts of India, provided they meet the basic requirements and admission is done once a year.
The duration of the course is Three years (General Nursing and Midwifery).
The prospectus and application form can be obtained from the Principal, Sambhram Institute of Nursing, Temple Road, BEML Nagar, KGF- 563 115 on payment of Rs. 250/- in cash or D.D. together with request for an application form and self addressed Rs. 5/- stamped envelope size 9" x 4".
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
The minimum educational qualification required is Pre-University / PDC pass or its equivalent preferably Science subjects. Students who have take up vocational subjects for PDC are eligible for admission, only from Kerala and Rajastan.
Girls & Boys candidates with good character and conduct, Sound Health, between the age of 17 and 35 years are eligible.
Physical fitness must be ensured by certification from a registered medical practitioner.
Good knowledge of English is essential.
The
completed application form should be submitted along with photostat copies of the following:
A)
PUC Science or Arts Pass Certificate or its equivalent andCertificates from two respectable persons of the locality.
Recent Conduct Certificate from the Principal of the College last attended.
Certificates regarding additional qualifications if any
T.C. / Cumulative Record.
B)
Three copies of recent passport size photograph. A covering letter in candidate's own handwriting with the list of enclosures.
N.B.: No Original Certificate should be sent along with the application form.
