HOSTEL REGUALTIONS:

Separate Hostels for Girls and Boys are available in the campus.

Hostel is compulsory for all the candidates who will take admission in Sambhram Institute of Nursing.

Students are allowed to go out once a month for shopping and back by 6:00 p.m. Visitors are allowed only on Saturdays between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

NO student will be permitted to stay outside the Hostel with relatives or friends. When a student is ill, she/he should inform the sister in charge/tutor/warden.

Ragging in all its forms is banned as it is treated as a cognizable offence. Any student found guilty of ragging will be suspended and/or dismissed at the discretion of the Management.

Taking or administering any harmful drugs is strictly for-bidden, in order to curb any such tendency amongst the students, it has been decided that any student found in possession of any unauthorised drugs will be summarily DISMISSED.

Students shall strictly adhere to the rules and regulations which may be laid down from time to time by the School authorities.

WITHDRAWAL AND DISMISSAL:

  1. If any student decides to withdraw voluntarily from the School after the preliminary period or any time before completing the course, she/he should pay back to the Institution all the money spent on her/him by the Institution.
  2. The Institution reserves the right to suspend anyone whose work and conduct are not found satisfactory during the period of training.
  3. Fees once paid is not transferable/refundable under any circumstances. If the student is leaving the course midway his/her seat will be forfeited and have to pay the remaining course fee before relieving of their original documents.

BOND AND AGREEMENT WITH THE MANAGEMENT:

There is one year bond of serve for all. General Nursing Certificates are issued to successful candidates only after they have completed the full course of one year training in any one of the hospitals decided by the management. Each student is expected to sign the areement to this effect. In the vent of failure to execute this bond of service due to any genuine reason the student should pay Rs. 10,000/- for boys and Rs. 4,000/- for girls.

As the course is recognised by both the State Nursing and Indian Nursing Council, Cerfificates issued to the successful candidates can be registered with the Nurses and Midwives Council of any State in India and enable the nurse to practise as an 'A' Grade Registered Nurse and Midwife.
